Gen 2 Connectivity Problem


This morning one of our services used to store temporary information for Gen 2 started experiencing an issue we have not yet encountered and there was no proper monitoring. This service has been running for about 9 months with zero downtime.

We have corrected the issue and are applying the proper monitoring so this won’t happen unexpectedly again.

I deeply apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. We take these issues very seriously, learn, and make the system even better and more resilient.
