Gen 1 wifi connection but app shows offline

My controller is connected to my wifi, but my app still shows it is offline. Iphone/Ipad/computer all the same. My router shows the controller mac address is connected.Top green solid, middle green-blinking slowly. My router shows the controller mac address is connected. sn/V31140184 GEN 1 8 ZONE MA-0C2A69F067. Help. Email support from Rachio is no help.

@RIBETIM - are the iOS apps up to date? You may want to run the RouteThis app (either the stand alone app or the one integrated into the Rachio app from the red off-line banner) and provide that to Rachio support.

I had the engineering team review but it does look like it is off WiFi.

Did you change router/WiFi password?
