So I just installed the flow meter today and successfully added it to my account. It shows up as an accessory, I get the flow meter welcome email and the usage display changes from hours to gallons.
3h later, it has disappeared from my account, as if it had never been there, and the usage display goes back to hours!
I really do not want to pair the flow meter every day again, so I curious what’s going on and how to address it.
EDIT: After tapping around some more on the app, I got the message that the controller was “offline”. I then rebooted the app and now the flow meter is back. Not sure if the controller was really offline since I didn’t do anything with the controller, just reboot the app. This whole interaction was very confusing, maybe something you Rachio people can repro and fix?
