I would like to see an option to start a schedule based on actual wind conditions. In my situation a lot of water is wasted even with low to moderate winds. The perfect start time would be any time between 8pm and 6am when my PWS records wind speeds < 2mph. I think wind skip can be enhanced to support this in combination with “start at sunset”. Instead of skipping altogether based on forecast a long time before the schedule is supposed to start it can check actual wind speed right before the start time. If the wind speed is too high it delays for 30 minutes and then checks wind speed again. If the average wind speed drops below a certain threshold it will start the sprinklers. If it’s windy all night it can decide to skip at say 6am in the morning. This is more or less how I manually do it.
