Hi my name is Doug, I have my home and a rental house in Pasadena and have both places set up with Rachios doing Flex Monthly schedules. I have two questions about them:

  1. My home is currently watered once every 8 days, my rental house is watered 3 times a week. In total it’s the same amount of water. Why would that be, and is there any way to adjust that? Such as if I wanted my home to water 3 times a week instead as well?

  2. Is there any way to do an overall adjustment for the amount of water used in the schedule. Both of my properties are slowly fading from green to brown, and I just want to tell Rachio to give them say 15% more water from now on. Is that possible?

  1. Increasing the crop coefficient will increase the watering frequency.

  2. Does your screen have the blue waterdrop icon below? If so, you can tap on that to increase or decrease watering.
