My Rachio 3 recently had two terminals stop functioning. I reached out to tech support and the response was basically, “Oh, that happens sometimes. Just plug the wire into a different terminal.”
That solves the problem (until those terminals fail and I’m out of available spaces…). But now I have to manually duplicate my existing zone to the new zone/terminal, which is kind of annoying and seems unnecessary. Is there any chance you can implement a copy/paste or migrate or duplicate feature? Tech support said it wasn’t possible but it seems like it might be useful, especially if the terminals are known to just stop working at random.
