I have a gen 2 — 16 zone – indoor installation
So far this thing is great but I have one suggestion
The tab on the cover won’t lock because the cable is too large
I believe the cover tab should be on the left or right – not the bottom where the wires go in to the control
My son has the same problem with his.

I agree - it would be better to have the tab on the side. Mine fits and snaps in place fine, but it’s difficult to get the cover off because of my wires right there.
