Do NOT perform firmware upgrades during initial setup

Again, as the topic title says. Makes no sense to make the user do the initial setup TWICE - once just to stop for a firmware upgrade, and then again, “for good”.

Let the customer do the initial setup, verify everything is working - and THEN ask “There is a firmware upgrade - want to do it now, or schedule for later?”

Otherwise you just increase the chances of initial setup failure - needlessly.
