I live in the north-west Denver Metro area where Bentonite is the bane of our existence. It’s only a couple inches (if that) of topsoil, then bentonite. Would you classify this as just plain clay, or loam/clay? I just created a flex-daily schedule for my shrub zone on a dripline, and another flex-daily for the lawn. The lawn wants to water almost daily (5d/w), and the shrubs about once every 10 days. That seems pretty wrong to me but this is the first time I’m letting AI take over the schedule so I may be wrong.
I’m concerned that with this heat-wave we’re having, I may not be able to correct any damage caused by choosing bad values in my system, so I’m trying to watch it pretty carefully.
