I am new here, so forgive me if this is a repeat question.
I have a customer who is using the Rachio 3 and has it programmed to run daily. Well, it’s not running daily and I am clueless as to how to guide him. I’m attaching 2 photos that he sent me, but if you need more information, please let me know and I will get you what I can. I do have access to his controller, so I should, hopefully, be able to answer most, if not all. Thanks in advance!
Flex Daily will compute water requirements on the fly and water as needed. What your client needs is a Fixed schedule, which puts down water regardless of whether the Rachio “thinks” it’s needed or not.

Add: the Rachio will water on Wednesday according to the first photo. That’s when it’s calculated it’s needed. Flex Daily is great because it saves a lot of water and uses agronomic science and local weather to figure out when to water. But some folks just prefer “regular” scheduled watering; Fixed schedules are right for them.
