Changed Router to Unifi Security Gateway

I just upgraded to a Unifi Security Gateway (USG) for my router. My old router (EdgeRouterX) died over the weekend, and a stopgap router was used for a couple of days. After changing to the USG, the Rachio is among several devices not getting a good address from the gateway. The controller shows the Rachio with a 169.254.x.x address.

I have made no changes to the APs. Any ideas?

I hadn’t set up the DHCP server (duh!).
