Can't get sprinklers to run

Franz and Emil were on top of my defective unit situation and got me a new one amazingly fast!

This one booted up immediately and connected to my wifi and phone app.

All zone wires are connected and the “M” wire from my old controller is connected to Rachio “M” terminal. My old system had another wire, that was labeled “V” on the old controller. No where to connect it on Rachio.
Sprinklers will not turn on. App thinks they are on but, main valve not opening to allow water flow.
