Can't edit zone photos

Apologies if I’m posting incorrectly here. Looking for support which Rachio is not responding to.

I can’t seem to update my zone photos. The app doesn’t return and error, it just reads ‘updating’ then doesn’t update. The web site returns an error.

Any solutions?

Hmmm…the photos may be too large. Do you know how large they are?

Also, have you tried the webapp? app.rach.io? Might allow larger uploads.

Just let us know if the webapp produces a different result.
