Cannot stop zone

If I select a zone for testing and set it to 3 or 4 minutes, I cannot find any way to stop it; I must let it run out the time. Even changing that zone to disabled won’t stop it. Irritating…

The square Icon at the bottom is the Stop button

That is not normal. If you are using the mobile app, you should see a ‘custom run’ card at the bottom of the screen. At the far right, there is a grey square. Tapping it should stop the run.

From app.rach.io, after starting a custom run a small notice appears at the bottom. Click / tap it to bring up a card just like the mobile app.

When the grey square appears, it all works fine. But sometimes a blue triangle appears instead, and it that case there’s no stopping it.
