Hello, just purchased this Rachio unit and finished installing tonight. I have downloaded the app and now once I put in serial number it says already in use. I’ve messaged previous owner asking them to remove from their account or send me info but have not seen anything yet. Is there any other way to reset this so I can finish my setup?

If you send me tne serial number I can have the engineering team remove from the old account.
