I have been back and forth with support at least 15 times. Unfortunately, i keep getting different people who don’t read past notes on file and keep recommending same solution. Nothing has worked.
Unit was wording fine/ Changed wifi/ISP and now unit won’t work. Unit connects to network, but unable to connect to Rachio servers.
Any recommendations from the community is welcome! TIA
