Help! I’m on vacation out of state and I desperately need to disable a a schedulwd run before tomorrow morning. Rachio tells me I’m offline in the hotel. But I am connected to the hotel wifi. My laptop is connected in the hotel. Why not Rachio? I thought I would be able to work with Rachio remotely.
If your Rachio is showing offline, your wifi or power at your house is likely out. Your wifi at the hotel has nothing to do with it.
Rachio opened up a little later. Home wifi must have been down. All is well. Thanks for replying.
