Well … that’s not very ‘customer friendly’ either!! Makes me not want to do business with Chamberlain because they only care about their “forum” customers!! In fact, they should have sent this notice to everyone who purchased their MyQ Home Bridge directly from them … especially since I also had the previous generation of Internet Gateway that the Home Bridge obsoleted!! They didn’t offer a “trade in” for the Internet Gateway product either!
