When I set up my system (Gen 2) a year or more ago I used the pictures that came with the product. Today I tried to customize my system by showing an actual picture (from my photo library) with each zone. It goes through the steps and acts like it accepted the customization, but the picture associated with each zone never changes. Any idea what I might be doing wrong?
Are you using Android, iOS, or the web software?
Have you tried closing the app and restarting?
iOS in an iPad. I tried closing and reopening the app, but that didn’t help. I saw another post about picture controls being on the sides but covered by the picture, making the controls hard to see. I couldn’t find any “hidden” controls, but then really don’t know what I’m looking for.
Ok, that should be working. Do you have a sense to how big the images are?
