Activated and not watering

I Just bought a home with a GEN 1. Was working fine with previous owners. I have everything set up Wifi and blink up. The app tells me my lawn has been watered but it is not watering sprinklers not coming on.

Did you test your old sprinkler irrigation controller before you set the new one up? It may be a good idea to hook it in to make sure everything was kicking on as predicted. If not, you may need to replace the master valve or open it up and check for any debris that has gotten lodged in the rubber pieces that are in it. Since yours was transferred from previous owners, and was working before I’m highly suspect it is a problem with the master valve.
