I ended up buying the new WL-1200 from EveryDrop and it seems to be working well. I get an RSSi that fluctuates between -96 and -101. EveryDrop thinks that will be fine. It’s installed and calibrated now and seems to be working ok. Happy to not have to deal with the cable.
