2 zones not working

Just set up my new Rachio 3. Everything went well. Prior Rain Bird zones were working but timer stopped and had to change zones manually hence the purchase of the Rachio.

I have a total of 6 zones, but 2 zones are not working (3 and 6). 1,2,4 and 5 work fine. I’ve tried plugging 3 and 6 into 7 and 8, but no change. Common appears to be plugged in for all zones.

Any suggestions on what to do next?

I would suggest checking the electrical connections on both ends of the non-working valves. Maybe also manually check the valves

Thanks. They were working yesterday. All I did was change the controller.

Sometimes just the act of moving wires is enough to break one.
