Hi all, firsty:
- Controller is 5 months old
- yes have tried the reset / power down, like 10 times.
- I have contacted Rachio, they refuse to deal with it as they found out i am in Australia
Has anyone found a work around for this, as it sucks i have spent $450 on this controller, and it has stopped working so quickly, and zero support because according to Rachio support.
Is there anywhere in the world i can send it to have it fixed?
