I purchased the 16-zone version of the Rachio Iro. I have installed it and zones 1-8 are fully functional. I can’t get zones 9-16 to work. I can’t see these zones enabled on the user interface. The wires are all installed and are known good.
@hammond If you logout/login to the mobile app you should be good to go.
In the future for these type of technical questions, support@rachio.com is better for a more quick turn-around.
