Trying to go to app.rach.io to access my controller and the page just sits and spins with a message saying “Synchronizing User Data…” The Android app connects fine and I have tried clearing my browser cache. I’m using Chrome as my browser. Any ideas how to resolve?
Same issue here using Chrome on Mac. Happens after I click a zone from the calendar view on the dashboard. iOS app works fine.
I had this problem recently. When i reset my wifi router, the problem was resolved. Try it.
