WaterSense Label & Introduction

Thank you Franz! I’ve forwarded the document and am waiting for confirmation.

@franz, is there a reason the Iro isn’t listed on the EPA’s WaterSense web page yet? http://www.epa.gov/WaterSense/product_search.html?Category=5

@svento‌ We were told it takes a few weeks, wish I had a better time frame. I’m sure with the holidays they are behind in a few things

We’ve had customers use the link above (http://www.icc-es-pmg.org/Listing_Directory/pdf/PMG-1289.pdf) with success on getting the rebate.

Hopefully it will be on the website in the near future!

Confirmation from my local program received. Thanks for your help, Franz!

@Jay‌ Awesome, I’m glad people can start getting money back to buy controllers that are helping save water. Getting the certification was no small feat

Just a bump and reminder to check with your local water provider to see if they have a WaterSense rebate program! In the city I live I just submitted a request for 100% reimbursement for the Rachio. Thanks for working to get the WaterSense approval.

Chris

Hi Franz,

Glad to see you are on the EPA WaterSense list. How is the SWAT certification coming?

I am in San Diego, CA and get an $80 rebate for EPA WaterSense or $200 for SWAT tested devices. My Rachio came in the mail today and I’d love to get the larger rebate on it :).

@ericSD Great question, I know @emil was looking at this path, @emil did you get a response on SWAT testing? Thanks!

@ericSD, no updates yet from the IA (Irrigation Association) on the ability to use our WaterSense test results towards SWAT. The tests are very similar, so I’m hopeful they will approve our request. If more information, please visit this link.

Best, Emil
