I just uninstalled my Hunter Pro C and installed the Rachio 3. I set the system up to run on the Flex Daily schedule. Initially, I made changes to the watering duration because they seemed very long. Then I did a soil analysis and made changes to my soil type. This significantly shortened the durations for each zone even more. My question is, does this new shortened time include my initial shortening of the watering duration, or is this a totally new calculation from the Flex Daily program based only on data provided for sun exposure, soil type, slope, shade, sprinkler type, etc.? This will include the initial shortening you applied. To be safe, I may recommend recreating your flex schedule just so you can see the full recommendations and then adjust from there.
