I want to copy the zone information from my 8 Zone Gen 2 to my 8 Zone Gen 3 - there is no button to transfer settings during zone setup as described in the tutorial. I notice a few other issues like this - is there a fix?
support@rachio.com will be able to manually transfer those settings for you. @mitchell let’s validate transfer settings still works as designed. 
I still haven’t had a resolution to this. It seems the transfer option does not always appear and I’m being told that I need to reenter my zone information again manually.
Let me have the engineering team take a look.
