I have a new IRO. Installed easily. Want to run it from my MacBook Air. Went to itunes, found the app and selected download. itunes now says it has been downloaded, but it is nowhere on my computer. itunes won’t let me download a second time. Ideas?

@chetww, thanks for reaching out. Have you connected your Iro to WiFi yet using the mobile app? Once your Iro is connected to the Rachio cloud (requires Blinkup via the mobile app), you can access the controller from your MacBook Air via the web app (no download required).
