Hi. I’m new to Rachio community. I love this system. Only thing I can’t figure out is which sprinkler mine fall under. My backyard is pretty big and is covered mostly be impact sprinkler heads. Some are RainBird maxpaw impact sprinkler and other are orbit impact sprinklers. Anyone know which sprinkler type I should put on the system?
Your best bet is to confirm which model(s) you have and look up the precipitation rate for them. Once you have that, set up a custom nozzle and set the grass zones to that custom nozzle.
If you want to be even more precise, perform a catch cup test to see what kind of precipitation rate the sprinklers are putting down with your specific layout in your yard
