I set up my custom nozzles to match their flow rates and now the smart cycle isn’t working. Am I missing something?

@conrad314 Here is a great article on understanding smart cycle. It is largely dependent on your soil type, nozzle inches per hour, and slope. The matrix provided can help you determine exactly what your maximum allowable minutes will be.
