Slow response to My Tickets on Mobile App

Anyone else experience long delay times from Rachio handling your tickets through the mobile app My Tickets feature? Logged a ticket on August 5 and I still have not even received an acknowledgement. This has not been the first time either. I had the same issue with a ticket a logged earlier this year.
