First I do love the idea that my Iro is intelligence enough to not run my preprogram watering schedule when it is forecasted to rain. However, I do believe a change needs to be made to this process. In my case, today my Iro skipped the normal watering schedule due to a 20% chance of rain. I suggest you add a threshold field so users have some control over when regular schedule watering times will be skipped. In my case I might set my Iro for 40% so any chance of rain under that amount should be ignored.
Where I live in North Texas, skipping several scheduled watering cycles could have a big impact on my yard.
