Skip a Zone (midway or prior) during a scheduled run

How can I skip a zone during a scheduled run - if needed?

And could you add this to the Echo commands? Currently I can tell Alexa to start watering a zone, but not to stop once started. This would be especially helpful when doing dripper or sprinkler repairs.
