We just bought a house with rachio and when we scan the barcode it says controller already in use. Please help!!

Sorry I didn’t reply after we moved in. I have now figured it out and things are running smoothly.
I do have a few questions:
What should our winter schedule be for Zoysia? We live in Greenville, SC and it’ll be near/around freezing in early mornings and then get into the 40s and 50s most days.
Same question for fescue in backyard.

I’m a bit north of you in Charlotte and I have all fescue. I normally stop watering shortly after my fall overseeding looks good (this year it was late due to all that hot weather, so I just now stopped watering) and then I normally start watering again in late April/early May, depending on the heat.
