I have an existing controller installed in the basement. I bought rachio as replacement but now I am stuck as there is no wifi range in the basement. Any suggestion as to how to extend the wifi range in the basement.
@skb007 - if there is not a place to put a network extender on the first floor close to where the controller would be installed in the basement and extend the WiFi signal through the floor to the basement, I might try a combination of a power line adapter with WiFi router in the basement.
