Hi. I have had my Rachio a few weeks now and every so often we get a quick summer down pour. Today we had a heavy rain for about 10 minutes. When I check the soil moisture percent nothing has changed. Am I doing something wrong?
Can you post a screen shot of your moisture graph and data? My guess is that the weather station you are pointing to may not be recording precipitation…
Weather Intelligence Plus can take a few hours for the precipitation to show up since the data is interpolated. If you choose a PWS station the data will be somewhat immediate.
