My Rachio thinks it is watering but none of the valves are coming on. I have three zones set up. It is online and I even reset the Wifi. It will not water manually thru my iphone or manually at the Rachio Unit on any of the 3 zones. I haven’t messed with any of the wiring as nothing has changed.
What is the best way to trouble shoot this problem and can I take an AC voltage measurement on the Rachio where each wire plugs in and to the Common. If so should only the active zone show an AC voltage?

You,can pt it on the terminals.
Only the active zone should be showing voltage.
You will want to measure it at the valve too.
Let us know,what you find.
If all of your zones are not working logic says that the problem is likely the common wire connection. Try removing the common wire from the Rachio, cut about 1/2 inch off the wire, strip off about 1/4 inch of the shielding, and reinsert it into the common connection on the Rachio. You can use a multimeter to check the voltage of each zone connection and the continuity of each valve’s connection.

Found a broken common wire in the junction box. Just not sure how it happened.
