Ive had this for over a year, maybe longer.
Not sure of the model, but its been working forever without issues.
A few weeks ago I had to manually power-cycle it.
Now nothing works. Its not even on the network or able to connect.
Please advise, my grass is sad.
@celloshred I would contact support@rachio.com and let them know what is going on, they should be able to get this sorted out more quickly!
