I have had my Rachio with no issues since April 2017. I have a flexible as needed schedule set up and today it said it watered but did not. I checked to make sure the wires were still hooked up and all looked good and it turned on from the controller. When I tested watering manually it didn’t respond from the app. I reinstalled the app and I can manually run. I’m guessing this may have fixed things but any suggestions as to why it would have run a scheduled watering, said it was completed but didn’t actually run it if the controller was working fine just not the app ?

That is very strange, I am not sure what would have caused this. Have you noticed any abnormal behavior since?
