My new rachio 3 power cycles alot … so what’s going on with this problem?
Don’t know, but I have this happening on my Gen1. I can’t get a response from support.
Also having this issue with our Rachio 3. Logged an incident through support in the app and haven’t had a reply.
Firmware seems to be 5.632
You guys fix this? My Gen 1 power cycles 4-6x most days.
My gen 1 power cycles every hr every day. Told to resolve wifi signal strength at the controller and signal is good. Waiting for tech support to advise what else to try.
