Rachio 3 worked fine till 6/24/19 then went offline. I looked at the logs and noted some attempts to load somekind of SW. Good power to the system, no indicator lights. I am out of town and would like to talk to service rep.
I had the engineering team review and it looks like you are online.
It is online with the blue lights showing. I talked to Dane about it yesterday. It was offline for a day without any LEDs lit. The logs showed some kind of Software activity just prior to the outage. The house wifi was good during that time. Pure mystery… thanks for the note.
