As Linn said, Rachio support can get you fixed up. Just send a quick e-mail, with the serial number (starts with CR or VR) for the device in question, to firstname.lastname@example.org. Ask that your device be cleared from activation/account. Once completed, you should be all clear to connect your own account (not the same as your profile on here, btw) to your new Rachio Gen2!
