Precipitation Data Off

The Weather Intelligence precipitation info for my home seems to be way off. I cannot find a weather station that comes anywhere near the amount the flex daily is showing. I have switched to the local airport about 2 miles away for better numbers.

I live on an island Key West so rain data needs to be very local as showers come and go often. Data from more than a few miles can be quite different.

Is the a problem with the intelligence data and/or should I use a specific station.

@BL1 I usually recommended choosing a PWS if you have one close-by and it looks accurate. From your weather map it looks like you have some really close stations (less than .2 miles away). Interpolated data is great but it tends to be less accurate and can take a few hours for it to show up. Hope this helps.
