Power Supply Died

The AC adapter for our Rachio suddenly died two days ago. I tested the power supply and it reads zero volts. I tried to contact Rachio via the technical support phone number (yesterday and today) and because there was a long wait I entered a “7” to have them call me back. I am still waiting for those call backs……

Any suggestions?
