My device is currently offline. This is the second time this has happened over the last week and I was wondering if the device provides any sort of error messages or diagnostics to rachio once it comes back online. Just want to see what might be causing the issue in case it is something I can resolve.
My wife just told me our internet is down so that is the cause. This thread can be ignored
I would turn this into a product suggestion. I have a WiFi Honeywell Thermostat and when it looses internet connection I get a notification and then when it comes back online I get another notification. Would be cool if Rachio could do the same.
It does provide these notifications. I was just wondering if it logged anything else that might help point to why it went offline
They wait 24 hours before notifying. Keeps the chatter down for spotty connections
