I’m not sure how long its been going on, but I no longer receive alerts related to when my schedules start and end. This had been working for years without issue but this spring I noticed it stopped working. I’m using the Rachio app on my Pixel 3, and I don’t even see an option to send a notification when a schedule starts and stops. Was this functionality removed?
Definitely has not been removed. My Apple Watch gets them 
And now you know I don’t have Android but check your notification settings for the app wherever they exist – maybe toggle off and on (if you already haven’t tried). Schedule start and stop notifications should just happen so long as notifications in general for the app are enabled. I don’t think there’s any way to tailor what notifications Rachio app sends.
