Maybe my flow sensor is broken?

Because I have nothing better to do…

I think you are correct, the system is using estimates not the sensor. I’ll get my neighbors multi meter and check again and post the numbers this weekend

Thank @plainsane- keep me updated

Ok, found a pinch in the wire, resistance is back to 14 ohms.

Still something seems wrong, any other numbers you want me to post?

I took the sensor out of its housing and plugged it up and spun it by hand while a zone ran for a minute, so it seems to report at times correctly, but after I reran the wire and checked it, it’s reporting really low water usage. The wiring seems to be correct but I’ll double check

Sensor 2 is producing 36v dc

So if the unit has reverted back to usage estimates, do I need to do anything to force it back to the sensor?

@plainsane Something is up, sounds like your sensor is reporting fine, I’m worried it’s the terminal you are using. Can you switch to the other sensor terminal for me, enable it in the app, and then tell me if it starts reporting?

i will swap tonight, thanx.

Really putting you through the ringer here, sorry @plainsane

i dont care…i just want to get it “working” before my hot months hit, which is 1.5 months. plenty of time.
