Light one troubleshooting

A week ago my Rachio (2nd gen) went offline. Suddenly light one became the only light on, solid, not blinking. First I tried to power cycle, it didn’t work. Then I tried a full restore, I removed the controller from the app and tried a re-installation, but didn’t work either.
Know when I plug the controller, I get a solid light one and nothing else. I try to link my controller with the app but it fails and doesn’t find it on the WiFi network.

I believe a solid light one could mean the unit will need to be replaced.
