Landscaper access screen is blue and blank?

I have setup up my landscaper with “Landscaper access” successfully, but when he accesses it via the email link, the screen on his iPhone is blank, except for the blue background. Any suggestions? I have also sent access to one of my other email addresses, with the same result.
